12th January 2005	' Durnford's Last Stand ' new paintings ? By Coll Recently I have discovered the painting of ' Durnford's Last Stand ' by William Watson Race, which I very much like. Is it known if any other artists are working on more paintings depicting this specific event ?

13th January 2005	Coll Additionally, I wondered what would be thought of colour portrait paintings becoming available, of all the main participants in the Zulu War 1879, based on the well-known black-and-white portrait photographs in books on the campaign, to accurately copy their features in order to give a more lifelike image. This is just a general question, as I am unsure about copyright issues, etc.
