13th June 2001The word ZULU prior to the 1820's

One of my membership has set me a poser, he would like to know if anyone has seen any official documents, either from the British Government or the offices of the Governor of Cape Colony, prior to the 1820's, which use the name of Zulu to describe the amaZulu people.
