Signed copy rec'd today - numbered 11! Looking forward to devouring the detail tonight - already impressed by the photos alone (both Victorian ones & the very clear modern colour ones). Read two parts of the 1965 articles many years ago but not since. Thank-you JY for advice on quick acquisition from publishers in your note of 19 Jan.

Dear Peter,

Just to say I have always been a fan of David Jackson. His accountancy training ensures accuracy. A reprint of his 1965 acticle is still available for a modest cost of �2.50 plus pp. Just click on 'Shop'. So those young students studying the AWZ for the first time have something excellent without it costing a fortune. I think David deserves a real plug.
