8th December 2002	Isandlwana Evidence By Keith Smith In his fine book, The Road to Isandwana, Robin Drooglever gives a list of statements he has used in his synthesis of the battle. I have not been able to track down two of these, by Trooper Edwards, Natal Carbineers, or Trumpeter Stevens, NMP. Can anyone point me towards these documents? Keith

8th December 2002	John Young Keith, Trumpter Richard Stevens' account is reproduced in Frank Emery's 'The Red Soldier', Stevens was from Witham in Essex, and a letter home was reproduced in the local newspaper. The letter inludes the epic line '...there will be an awful row...' as ever this room is untidy and I can't lay my hands on it to give you it chapter & verse. John
