Date | Original Topic | 11th December 2002 | Does anyone Know. By Peter Harman I have a figure of a zulu Chief set on a dish like object. It was made by a company called W.H. BOSSONS OF CHESHIRE (Dated 1959)
I picked it up some years ago in an in door market in Hythe Kent. | Date | Replies | 11th December 2002 | John Young Peter,
The firm were quite well known from producing relief type bust - very late 50's - early 60's. The one you found I believe is a full figure. They also produced a Zulu head, and a Shaka head was produced in the style of Bossons. Take a look on e-bay, they turn up there quite alot.
