My Great Great Grandfather Private Patrick Brennan served with the 1/24reg during the Zulu War, I note on his military discharge papers the signature of the captain appeared to be A. G Bromhead, I could be misreading it, so does anyone know if Captain Bromhead had a Christian name begining with A and my other questian is would this indicate that my Brennan was involved at Rourkes drift?
