7th February 2004Inspector Mansel/Camp Guns Anomaly

Don't suppose anyone has any theories about Mansel's late sighting-somewhere between 3pm and 4pm-of the guns going off at the camp, when the guns had probably left just after 1pm?
For my own part, I think it may have been ordnance perhaps from the canons being detonated.
