26th December 2004	Memoirs By Bruce Mathews Does anyone know how i could get hold of memoirs written by the soldiers at rorke's drift. I have the "red soldier" but would like to learn more about the lives of people like Chard, Bromhead etc Thanks Bruce

27th December 2004	Mike Snook Bruce The book for you is 'Rork's Drift' by those who were there.' Its a compilation of all the first hand accounts of the battle. Fascinating stuff. I don't have my copy to hand so can't quote you an ISBN but type RRW into your search engine - scan for the Brecon Museum of the Regiment - and go to the shop section. Regards Mike
