I soaked mine (a Vietnam unit) in warm water for about 30 minutes than reshaped the helmet in in a form that i made.

I also bought an IMA helmet and it was made of hard plastic, no cork type materi ...

Thank you, Now i have to find poles and the lion on the crown pole top for the Queens Colours and spear head for the Regimental.

Fed Ex just dropped these off. The pole sleeve on the regimental is on the wrong side but that can easily be fixed. You would not believe the price for both. (Pure silk)

Whats wrong with the uniforms anyway?, He already said they were from different periods. They are accurate for the period represented.
