I have finally got my copy of Zulu Frontiersman!

Whilst perusing it, I wandered into my library to find my copy of Fight to a Finish (which I note is mis-titled throughout). 104 years separate the two volumes, although I suspect that Major CG Dennison DSO would be very pleased with the 21st Century edition.

I think Ron and Peter have done a splendid job and should be warmly congratulated. The �new� chapters add a lot to Dennison�s story and, as far as the AZW audience is concerned, provide valuable additional material to our research.

Who first came upon this �new� material is unimportant; the fact that through their efforts the material is now widely accessible, has got be applauded.

Our stock is on order from publishers. I have ordered my own copies of two new book - one about the War in Nepal in 1814-16 involving the 24th and the other about Sir Harry Smith and his young bride - Ladysmith.
