Have you tried the Royal Marines Museum at Eastney?

The National Maritime Museum at Greenwich has his sword.

As far as I am aware all our family portraits, with the exception of more recent ones (1900 onwards) are in the RE Corps Museum, though not on display. There are some others at my Grandmother's house so I'll have a look next time I'm there.
