Recently acquired a book about the making of films in South Africa, which included some coverage of ZULU DAWN and ZULU, with a few stills.

However, wondered if in the footage from the older 1918 film(s) they included Col Durnford and the Colonials too...as never seen the full film(s) myself ?

It�d be fantastic to see any stills of the commander and these units if they exist...including any source(s) where they could be obtained, for use in an article/thesis...

I had been hoping albeit a slim chance, that there was one in the book

It�s interesting there was a silent film about Custer�s Last Stand In 1912...6 years before The Symbol Of Sacrifice...
