Isandlwana Camp Backdrop Painting

This is by Wm Britains, obviously meant as a backdrop for dioramas, but due to its quite large scale and unusual viewpoint from the front of the camp, I think would be suitable for framing, though might just be available in the US.

Ive put it on the main forum due to its good quality and not necessarily for just figure collectors, as it is a standalone item in my opinion, being of the camp before the battle was in progress.

Added the details to FB months ago, but not here I dont think

As Ive not seen any reviews of this, thought Id add a comment here, as it arrived today.

Im delighted with it, good quality not flimsy paper and well packed, all I need to do now is get it framed.

Best image of the camp Ive seen the mountain in the background is fantastic -

Now framed and on my main feature wall, to give an idea how good it looks -

Looks good Colin. So does the picture.

Appropriately, it's 'stretcher bond'.

Yes, that does look very good, especially framed and mounted.

It's a pity they don't do one of Rorke's Drift!
