It is a great shame that someone has taken on the old AZWRS title for [seemingly] their own gain.

It could be concluded that the name has been chosen to remove it from its rivals.

Not cricket.

I suggested to Adrian Greaves that perhaps it wasn't quite right. He quite correctly pointed out that if the original AZWRS wasn't registered it would therefore be available to be used by anyone.

Personally I was unaware that a non-profit making society of like-minded enthusiasts needed to be registered anywhere, let alone with Companies House to protect the name.

Andrew,

For your information the society will be up and running again under its new and legally protected name, within the next three months.
