Are you meaning ready-painted, or do you paint your own ? A diorama with numerous figures, 1/72 would be better, but a much smaller diorama with few figures, 1/32 or 1/35 would be good. As for costs, try plastics, as they are much cheaper. This is a good company that supplies most makes - Harfields Military Figure Specialists. They have their own site with images and details. If including wagons in an 1/72 diorama, Imex have a wagon train set, which you could maybe alter to suit, but also another ammunition and ambulance wagon set. Redoubt Enterprises have 1/72 Rorke's Drift buildings and bell tents. Hope this is of some help. Coll |
