Hi there

for our computer game we are producing, we would need support for several uniforms, to be historically accurate! Could someone have a look for following uniform style.

@John we already talked about but I loose your comments when my harddisk crashed!

- Generals Staff: Maybin, George W. Colour-Sergeant.
- 2nd Battalion, 3rd Regiment of Foot
- 90th light Infantry
- 1st and 2nd Battalion Natal Native Contingent

We create a pdf with all uniforms we need! If someone could check the accuracy of these pictures we are very thankful!

PDF File

(The pictures are used from a book for our graphic designer! They will not used in the game! All copyrights will be respected!)

Thanks for your help!

Regards

Lukas

The images of the 24th soldier are amazing. Although I see the battle at Rorke's Drift mentioned above, am I right in thinking you are trying to obtain uniforms from units involved in other engagements during the AZW - N.N.C., N.M.P., etc.? If so, will this include the senior/junior officers ? (possibly Durnford Wink )

I hadn't been aware of progress made on such a game, but with it being a subject of great interest, I thought I'd ask. Very Happy

Thanks

Coll

PS. I am a bit of a nuisance regarding Durnford, I can just see a few people's faces when they read this post Rolling Eyes

Hi Coll

the game is only about Rorke's Drift, we want to include all involved Units as historical correct as possible. I'm afraid but only the faces of the VC winners will be remade.

But if you are interested in a 3D Picture of Durnford, I might help you. Exclamation

Thanks for replying and I very much appreciate the mention of a 3D image of Durnford, but it sounds like you're busy enough with the Rorke's Drift game. It certainly would look great though, if it is anything like the images of the 24th soldier above. Very Happy

Thanks again

Here are the models which we prepare for the game... it's in development no colours added yet... there are also some faults which will be corrected.

The attention to detail is incredible, looks like I'll need to upgrade my pc to play this!! Would you consider making addon scenarios later on?
