Jon,
I think they usually go for about 450. If you want a rifle contemporary to the AZW look for a mark2. I recently saw one advertised as of AZW vintage yet it had an 1882 stamp on it!!!!!!

I regret that there is no such thing as a repro Martini now. Cost of the real thing depends on what country you live in. There were 4 MKS.
The lower the MK the more they cost. I collect them. If you want more gen please feel free to contact me direct.
The very best place to visit if you have questions on the Martini is the Martini forum at
http://www.gunandknife.com/forums/
Word of caution. They don't come cheap. Good luck.

I saw one recently compleat with bayonet it was a Mk 1 at a militaire and it was for sale at 650.00 it was in fairly good condition, so get yourslf off to a few militaire fairs and you could get lucky. you can find the dates and venue's on the" SPEEDBID" site or go to "ASK JEEVES" and get the" SPEEDBID" site from them.
Best of Luck
