12th March 2002Bolt actions in Zulu?

it seems there was a fluke in the film zulu. in several scenes I have noticed bolt action rifles. Does anyone know why the movie uses the and what type they are?

I have given a previous answer to this, but in case you haven't seen it.

The rifles are 'Long Lees' without the magazine attached. They were used as adequate numbers of Martini-Henrys were not available for the production.
