23rd January 2004	New section to this website By Alan Critchley Friends We are adding a new section to the website and invite submissions for inclusion. It will be called (for want of a better word) Pot-pourri. It will have articles of a general Zulu War nature covering events, personalities etc. Also invited are anecdotes, poems, interesting myths and asides. Relevant images (which are not subject to copyright) to accompany pieces would be welcome. We would require a title and details of contributor's name and email address although these would not need to be displayed. Send to [email protected] Alan

24th January 2004	Keith Smith Alan It sounds like a great idea. How long do you think these submissions should be, and in what format will they be accessed. If any length, then perhaps using Acrobat Reader might be an idea. What about protection of the author's copyright in material submitted? Keith
26th January 2004	Alan Critchley Keith, any format is acceptable. Peter and I should, between us, be able to access any format. Protection of copyright can only be given by stating its existence on the opening page of the section. Obviously no guarantee can be given to you by us. We're looking forward to receiving the items.
